PS Lounge is the first brand of Gülbe İnşaat, a company operating in the tourism, food, beverage, and service sectors.Our brand, PS Lounge, follows a luxury restaurant, bar, and shisha lounge concept, and first began serving the tourism and food and beverage industry in 2014 at Bodrum Yalıkavak Marina.
In the following years, thanks to our rapid growth, positive reviews, and guest satisfaction, we took a step forward with great enthusiasm to expand the value of our brand and reach more people. We established a dedicated team and opened the second branch of our PS Lounge brand, featuring a spacious architectural design, in Istanbul Etiler. The PS Lounge concept welcomes guests with a magnificent arched entrance, made up of solid wood and stone cladding, inspired by ethnic nuances in minimal modernism.
Flame is a brand of Gülbe İnşaat LTD Şti, operating in the fields of industrial product design, manufacturing, and sales marketing. Established in 2015, Flame designs and produces various products and equipment used in PS Lounge restaurants and serves a wide range of clients in the hospitality and restaurant sectors.
Expanding its operations to reach a broader audience, Flame regularly participates in international fairs and events.
With expertise in metalworking, mold design, and all stages of finished product manufacturing, Flame’s product range includes shisha and its equipment, various types of glassware, metal and plastic service sets for restaurant use, and custom turnkey solutions tailored to specific needs.

Mocowi is an entity operating in the electronics and software sector under Gülbe İnşaat Ltd Şti. Based in Ireland, with Gülbe İnşaat as the main shareholder, the company focuses on the production and development of vehicle tracking systems, telematics, remote control electronic equipment, and the software infrastructure for these systems.
Mocowi’s product range also includes menu systems, customer loyalty programs, and CRM software tailored for the service industry. The company’s target markets include the EU, Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan, Middle Eastern countries, and Gulf nations. Following the commencement of sales and marketing activities, branches are planned to be opened in Russia, Azerbaijan, and Dubai.
